“I worked with Hanto for my elopment at city hall in December, and the florals exceeded my greatest expectations. They were a pleasure to work with to communicate about my vision ahead of time, including exchanging several emails to help me figure out what I was looking for, and they delivered the flowers on the day of on time with no issues. I asked for the bouquets to be complimentary but not matching, and they turned out so perfectly. I would 1000x recommend Hanato for any type of florals.”

Hanato has the most stunning flowers and arrangements I have ever seen. It’s hard to not leave a rave review every time I order flowers from them, whether for myself or someone else. They are always so beautifully and thoughtfully put together. And the flowers have lasted me for over a week multiple times.
The customer service is also unbelievable. The person I sent an arrangement to ended up not being home at the time of delivery. Everyone at Hanato worked with me to make sure it got delivered, including helping me find a way to get them delivered after delivery hours, packing the arrangement so it wouldn’t slide in the courier’s car, running out to the car to make sure it was placed correctly, and texting me afterwards to let me know details about the delivery.
The quality of the product is well worth the price. They are truly one of a kind and if you are reading reviews to pick out a florist here, do not hesitate to choose Hanato. You won’t be disappointed.
“We could not have been happier with our experience with Hanato for our wedding! The planning process was extremely easy because Eugenie was prepared with amazing suggestions that fit our aesthetic and budget. We received so many compliments on the flowers throughout the night and before the night was over, every arrangement was taken home by our guests. “From the time my best friend and I met Eugenie in Manhattan, we felt right at home...Eugenie lived in NYC for many, many years. She knows the concrete jungle like the back of her hand. The experience was dreamy; we weaved in and out of beautiful stores filled with exotic flowers imported from all over the world. We loved watching her interact with the business owners in the flower district. They are on a first name basis! We were so entertained by her knowledge of the flowers we were drawn to and by her own personal stories of how she ended up pursuing her passion of floral design. By the time we got to Williamsburg, Brooklyn, where her beautiful, quaint shop is located, we felt like friends. She is so kind and generous with her words. Eugenie had a vision for our floral arrangement, but was flexible when we expressed our desires when it came to which flowers we wanted to use. She was very attentive to our needs and wants. She made learning to make a bouquet super easy and fun. Time flew by and before we knew it, we made friends with an interesting soul and learned a new skill. Our experience with Eugenie was worth every penny!! Absolutely recommend the experience!”

“I used Hanato Floral Design for my wedding bouquet/boutonniere. I knew immediately when I walked in and started talking to the owner Eugenie about my vision that she knew exactly what I wanted. The shop is cozy and she only carries unique flowers, not your run-of-the-mill roses etc. She nailed the color scheme and my inspiration of wild, loose flowers, and incorporated exactly what I was looking for. Eugenie was also very easy to communicate with via text follow-up. The final products were gorgeous and I received many compliments. The flowers looked gorgeous in photos and I now have my bouquet drying in my apartment. I highly recommend her for any floral project!"
