hanato is a woman-owned boutique flower shop and floral design studio located in williamsburg, brooklyn serving the community and beyond.
the local studio is a space focused on sustainable flowers. come in to pick up a pre-made arrangement, or work with the shop owner and staff to create a custom bouquet. we offer flower-design workshops where you will learn how to clean and care for fresh cut flowers and then learn how to make a hand tie bouquet or a flower crown to take home.
in addition to arrangements and workshops, we offer floral-design services for weddings and events. with our expertise in floral design, we are able to work with budgets and within various aesthetics to help you achieve your floral vision.

about eugenie
eugenie has over fifteen years of experience in floral design. with a background in design, pattern making, and fabric design and sourcing at helmut lang and theory: eugenie has a keen understanding of color, trends, and fashion. after studying with florists in paris and working in various luxury floral design studios in manhattan, eugenie has developed deep understanding of flowers. she’s skilled in design, budgeting, availability and sourcing, planning, and teaching. all this experience allows her to fulfill her dream of bringing people joy and beauty through flowers. eugenie lives and works in williamsburg and is dedicated to supporting local businesses and community.
