+ how do you price your bouquets?

all of our arrangements are based on the per-stem cost of the flowers used. each stem has a price that varies based on availability, season, and uniqueness. since flowers are seasonal there are times when arrangements will vary in size as flowers in the winter are more expensive than flowers in the summer.

+ what size will the arrangement be?

while our arrangements are tiered in pricing, the cost of the arrangement is not the best indicator of the size the bouquet you will receive. more expensive arrangements allow us to use more unique flowers. if you’re interested in arrangements that maximize cost vs size we typically suggest purchasing cloud, sunkissed, twilight, verdant or vintage. if you want an arrangement with more unique flowers we recommend purchasing blossom, brilliant, or jewel.

+ what flowers will be in my arrangement?

our arrangements are based first on color combinations, and secondly on availability. the names of our arrangements serve as inspiration for the colors and effect of flowers in the overall composition (ie. jewel uses a mix of complimentary jewel tones, purity uses white and greenery, verdant uses primarily greens). second: the flowers that we use in our arrangements depend on inventory and seasonality. for example, peonies are typically only available in the spring and early summer months locally and conversely imported in the late fall and early winter months. if you want to know exactly what flowers we have in inventory take a look at our flowers of the week gallery. please note we try to update this as frequently as possible. however, as we are a small team, this may not always be up to date since inventory can fluctuate quickly. to double check we suggest viewing our permanent “this week’s flowers” story on instagram. if you are interested in requesting that specific flowers be in your arrangement we suggest ordering 72 hours in advance of delivery.

+ do your bouquets come with a vase?

all of our arrangements come with a vase excluding grab-n-go bouquets.

+ how long will an arrangement last? how do i care for my flowers?

all fresh flowers have a shelf life that depends on the type of flowers and the conditions of where they’re being kept. as a rule of thumb you should expect our arrangements to last about four to five days. in order to have the flowers last as long as possible there are some general instructions to follow to ensure that your flowers live as long as possible:

keep your flowers away from direct sunlight, heat sources, cold drafts, and fruit.
try to change the water every two days. if the water is cloudy that means it’s time to change it.
trim the stems every two to three days at an angle. this can be done when changing the water.
if you have flower food make sure to only use a pinch in the water. all of our arrangements come with flower food in their water.
if you see a bad flower take it out. as flowers die they can cause other ones around them to die. in general different flowers have different life-spans. in order to make sure you get as much time each individual stem after a few days treat them like the unique individuals they are and give each one their own farewell as you see them fade.

please keep in mind that sometimes flowers die for unexplainable reasons beyond our control. however we do the best to make sure the arrangements we create are as healthy as possible when they reach you.

+ where do you deliver?

we deliver to brooklyn, manhattan (below 110th street), and lower queens. our delivery fees are broken down by zip-code below: * north williamsburg / greenpoint: $16: 11249, 11211, 11222 * central & east brooklyn / downtown manhattan / south queens: $26: 10002, 10003, 10005, 10006, 10009, 10010, 10011, 10012, 10013, 10014, 10038, 10271, 10280, 10282, 11101, 11104, 11109, 11201, 11205, 11206, 11216, 11217, 11221, 11237, 11238 * rest of brooklyn / queens / manhattan: $36 if you’d like to place an order for store pick up there is no delivery fee. we reserve the right to cancel an order if the delivery location is determined to be too difficult for our team to deliver to in a timely fashion. at this time we cannot deliver to the bronx, staten island, or new jersey.

+ can i specify a specific time for delivery?

please note that our delivery window is 3pm - 7pm. we typically are unable to deliver outside of those hours unless confirmed via phone call. please note that we will deliver orders on the day that delivery is requested, unless you are otherwise contacted.

+ do you have additional delivery policies?

please note that for delivery to buildings without door attendants we are unable to confirm delivery unless we have a working phone number for the recipient. that the delivery will reach the intended recipient safely. if we are able to gain access to a building that is not attended we will leave the arrangement in front of the recipient's apartment door or in a safe place. once delivered we are not responsible for theft or loss.

+ i ordered an arrangement but i need to change the date as the recipeint will not be available for delivery / the recepient is not available to receive this delivery

we can accept a change in delivery date up to 3 days before an order is placed. if the change is after the 3 day cut off we will need to charge a 50% restocking fee to re-deliver on a newly specified delivery date. please note we are unable to store arrangements due to the limited size of our space. if the recipeint is not available to receive the delivery we can reschedule delivery for a 50% restocking fee.

+ i’m looking for a bridal bouquet, what do you suggest?

all of our arrangements can be purchased as bridal bouquets since most of our arrangements are hand tied. if you’re interested in purchasing one of our designs for your wedding please specify in the order notes. we suggest spending between $135 and $165 on a bridal bouquet. for more complex wedding inquiries please fill out the form on our contact page.
